Council members must attend at least 3 of the 6 evening meetings a year over a period of two years and have active involvement with at least one initiative.

Richard rejoined The Leith Agency in 2002 after starting his career there after graduating from Edinburgh University. In 2006 he was promoted to the Managing Partner position, responsible for the day-to-day running of the agency and its 85 staff.
