JUDGING PANELS AND SCORING
Each judging panel is chaired by The Marketing Society Chief Executive, Hugh Burkitt and between 3 and 6 senior marketers. Each paper will be marked by our judges individually (using the scoring criteria above) then discussed as to their merit to be short-listed/ win the award at the panel meeting.
It should be noted that the scorecards are used to help preparation and discussion for the judging panel sessions but will not necessarily determine the outcome of the debate on the day.
The average scores will however be available to the entrants after the judging process although there will be no appeal process. The judge’s decision is final.
A final list of judges for the 2010 panels is not yet available. For a full list of judges involved in last year’s panel’s click here.
Confidentiality
All material will remain confidential to the judges.
However, Shortlisted and Winning cases will be published on our website.
Entrants have the right to mark financial information or sensitive parts of their entry as ‘Not for publication’. This will be respected by the organisers.
